Ingredients
Pitted Nocellara olives
Anchovies – tinned or marinated, but not the bony brined ones
Pickled chilli peppers, from a jar
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Method
- Use some wooden toothpicks to make your gilda pintxos.
- Stack one of each ingredient onto the picks – starting with the olives
- Marinade the gildas in good quality extra virgin olive oil.
