This wine, a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah is from a selection of the youngest of their Vacqueyras parcels (25 years old on average). Aged in cement vats for one winter,
then in bottle. No oak used.

Opened recently we found this to be a lovely, easily drinkable, youthful wine, with soft tannins, aromas of red fruits followed by a lovely tannic structure.
