Each of these vineyard sites contributes unique characteristics and qualities to the final wine, creating a harmonious and complex profile. The average age of the vines in these distinguished plots is an impressive 65 years old. These mature vines, with their deep roots and well-established presence, yield grapes of exceptional concentration and depth, which are reflected in the wine's rich texture and nuanced flavors.
