This tasting was a full house and a real hit last time around and not to be missed this time.

We’ll take a deep dive into the world of Fizz focusing on Champagne but also a couple of worthy contenders from elsewhere.

Concentrating on Grower Champagne producers who, rather than sell their grapes to the big houses focus on producing quality, often organic, wines of real character with a real sense of Terroir.

David & Luke have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the wines from this area and a real passion which they share with enthusiasm. This should be a most excellent evening.

 

We’ll taste several wines on the evening which will be served with tasty nibbles prepared by our Chef Dan to complement the wines.
