The Anne & Jean Francois Ganevat Victor de la Combe Blanc is a delicious wine with lots of class.

Around 85% of the grapes are sourced from the Maconnais sub-region in Burgundy (specifically Saint-Veran and Pouilly-Fuisse), with the rest coming from Jura. It is made in a non-oxidative style (unlike vin jaune), so freshness and primary fruits are on the menu. Green apples, wax and stone fruits predominate, as well as some zesty citrus. A saline, minerally edge on the palate and some nice acid maintain the fresh approach.

It has a few years of bottle age already but will continue to develop well for years to come.
